Hosting on Oxygen
Oxygen is Shopify’s hosting platform for Hydrogen storefronts. It runs the storefront at the edge and provides deployment environments, caching and integration with Shopify’s delivery network.
Hosting is only one part of delivery. We also consider how the storefront is built, released, observed and recovered when an integration or upstream service has a problem.
Commerce integrations
A storefront rarely stands alone. Product data, editorial content, search, fulfilment and customer systems may all contribute to the experience. We design the connections around clear ownership of data and the needs of the people maintaining them.
